CS2 clip maker

Turn CS2 matches and streams into clips of the rounds that mattered

Short answer

Record your Premier or Faceit session, or save the stream VOD, and upload it. EasyClip finds clutches, AWP shots, retakes, and utility explanations that stand on their own, and cuts each from the original file. It watches and listens rather than reading demos or match data, so comms help. A 2-hour session uses 20 tokens.

A CS2 match can run close to an hour, and the round worth posting might be a pistol round at the start or a 1v2 retake at 12-12. Finding it means scrubbing the whole thing.

Works with recordings from Twitch and YouTube.

Updated

The best round could be anywhere in the half

Round-based footage is repetitive on a timeline. The clutch, the eco win, and the teammate who said something unforgettable all look alike until you watch them.

EasyClip looks for rounds with a clear setup and payoff, from the footage and your comms. It doesn't parse demo files or the kill feed, so a silent clutch is harder to catch than one you narrated.

A 2-hour Premier session uses 20 tokens, so up to 20 included clips. The Starter pack (30 tokens for $10) covers it.

Moments to look for

  • Aces and 1vX clutches
  • AWP flicks and no-scopes
  • Ninja and last-second defuses
  • Pistol and eco round upsets
  • Smokes, mollies, and flashes explained
  • Zeus and knife kills
  • Premier rating wins and losses
  • Team comms and trash-talk comedy

How it works

From one recording to clips you can post

01

Upload the whole thing

Upload the stream VOD or a full recording of the matches. Files can be up to 12 hours and 8 GB. We count the length and include about 10 clips per hour, with a minimum of 5 per upload. You don't pick a number.

02

Say what you post

Tell us whether you want highlights, comedy, or utility tutorials, and which maps you play most.

03

Download, then decide on extras

Clips come back with transcripts and SRT files. Extras stay available for 7 days if you want more.

What it costs

A 2-hour CS2 session uses 20 tokens: up to 20 clips, about 6 days at 3 posts a day. That’s $5.33 to $6.67 depending on the pack.

More good moments than that? Add them as extras, 2 per token, for 7 days. Unfilled slots come back as tokens. Pricing details

Good to know

  • Clips keep the framing you uploaded. There’s no automatic vertical crop yet.
  • Each clip comes with a transcript and an SRT file. Captions aren’t burned in.
  • It sees the play and hears the reaction, but it isn’t connected to kill feeds or game events. Commentary gives it the most to work with.

Common questions about CS2 clips

Can it catch a clutch without comms?

Sometimes, from what's on screen, but less reliably. It doesn't read demos or the kill feed, so a reaction or callout makes the moment much easier to find and open cleanly.

Should utility tutorials be separate, longer clips?

Yes. A lineup needs the position, the crosshair placement, and where it lands, which often takes longer than a highlight. Clips end when the explanation finishes.

Can I use pro match footage?

Only if you have the rights. Tournament broadcasts are owned by their organizers. We cut what you upload, and the rights are yours to check.

How many clips from a 2-hour session?

A 2-hour session uses 20 tokens, so up to 20 included clips. The Starter pack (30 tokens for $10) covers it. Good moments beyond the included clips are listed as extras with a title, opening line, timestamp, and length. You can add them at 2 clips per token for 7 days after the job finishes.
