Turn long Minecraft sessions into Shorts and TikToks

Short answer

Upload the full survival, SMP, or hardcore session. EasyClip finds close calls, build reveals, and bits with friends that stand on their own, and starts each clip on its first word. Narration helps: a build reveal you talk through is easier to find than a quiet one. A 5-hour stream uses 50 tokens for up to 50 clips.

Minecraft sessions are long and mostly calm, which is why the creeper behind you at hour four is so good. So is the base tour you narrated at hour two.

Works with recordings from Twitch and YouTube.

Five hours of mining, a few minutes of chaos

Long survival and SMP sessions have a lot of quiet building between the moments people share. Those moments are scattered, and some of them, like a build reveal, don't come with a big reaction.

EasyClip listens to your commentary and watches the footage for complete moments. Tell it what your channel posts, whether that's hardcore deaths, SMP drama, or builds, so it weighs them right.

A 5-hour SMP stream uses 50 tokens, so up to 50 included clips. The Creator pack (100 tokens for $30) covers it.

Moments to look for

  • Hardcore deaths and near-deaths
  • Water bucket clutch saves
  • Creeper ambushes
  • Build reveals and base tours with narration
  • SMP bits, pranks, and server drama
  • Rare finds like diamonds or ancient debris
  • Speedrun attempts, splits, and resets
  • Challenge series milestones

How it works

From one recording to clips you can post

01

Upload the whole thing

Upload the whole stream or recording. Files can be up to 12 hours and 8 GB. We count the length and include about 10 clips per hour, with a minimum of 5 per upload. You don't pick a number.

02

Describe the series

Say what you're playing (hardcore, a named SMP, a challenge series) and who's on the server, so names in voice chat make sense.

03

Download, then decide on extras

Clips come back with transcripts and SRT files for captions. Extras stay available for 7 days if you want more.

What it costs

A 5-hour Minecraft session uses 50 tokens: up to 50 clips, about 16 days at 3 posts a day. That’s $13.33 to $16.67 depending on the pack.

More good moments than that? Add them as extras, 2 per token, for 7 days. Unfilled slots come back as tokens. Pricing details

Good to know

  • Clips keep the framing you uploaded. There’s no automatic vertical crop yet.
  • Each clip comes with a transcript and an SRT file. Captions aren’t burned in.
  • It sees the play and hears the reaction, but it isn’t connected to kill feeds or game events. Commentary gives it the most to work with.

Common questions about Minecraft clips

Can it pick a build reveal with no big reaction?

Often. It watches the footage, so a finished build shown clearly on screen can be a clip. Narration still makes it more reliable, because a line like "okay, here it is" gives the clip a clean opening. Mention builds in your note if they matter to your channel.

How long can a Minecraft Short be?

YouTube Shorts can be up to 3 minutes, which fits a full base tour or a hardcore close call with the setup. Clips end when the moment ends.

Are clips vertical?

Not yet. EasyClip cuts from your original file and keeps its framing, so a 16:9 recording comes back as 16:9. If you want a facecam-over-gameplay vertical layout, you'll still need to crop it in your editor for now.

How many clips from a 5-hour stream?

A 5-hour stream uses 50 tokens, so up to 50 included clips. The Creator pack (100 tokens for $30) covers it. A calm building session may have fewer good moments than a chaotic SMP night, and slots we can't fill come back as tokens.
