GoPro and sports video clipper
Find the best moments in hours of GoPro and sports footage
Short answer
Upload the full session, up to 12 hours. EasyClip works with no talking: it sees the trick land and hears the crash or the crowd, then cuts attempts, close calls, and reactions as separate clips. A note about what to look for helps. A 2-hour session uses 20 tokens.
A camera can run all day for one great minute. EasyClip finds the attempts, close calls, reactions, and tips you would otherwise have to hunt down by hand.
Works with recordings from GoPro and YouTube.

Hours of footage, a few moments you actually want
Action footage includes a lot of waiting, setup, and repeated attempts. The clip you want may start on the approach and end on the reaction, not on the single biggest frame.
EasyClip looks at the picture and listens to the sound together, so a landing, a fall, or a cheer can carry a clip even when nobody says a word. Clips like that start a second or two before the action and get their opening checked after export. Clear action and useful source audio help it understand what mattered.
A 2-hour session uses 20 tokens, so up to 20 included clips. The Starter pack (30 tokens for $10) covers it.
Moments to look for
- Successful attempts and personal bests
- Falls, saves, and close calls
- Before-and-after reactions
- Coaching tips and technique breakdowns
- The line or run you talked about afterward
How it works
From one recording to clips you can post
Upload the whole thing
Use the exported camera file or a combined file of the day's footage. Files can be up to 12 hours and 8 GB. We count the length and include about 10 clips per hour, with a minimum of 5 per upload. You don't pick a number.
Say what matters
Tell us to favor action, instruction, reactions, scenery, or a specific athlete.
Download, then decide on extras
Post them as they are or use them as a quick first pass for a bigger edit. Extras stay available for 7 days if you want more.
What it costs
A 2-hour session of camera footage uses 20 tokens: up to 20 clips, about 6 days at 3 posts a day. That’s $5.33 to $6.67 depending on the pack.
More good moments than that? Add them as extras, 2 per token, for 7 days. Unfilled slots come back as tokens. Pricing details
Good to know
- Clips keep the framing you uploaded. There’s no automatic vertical crop yet.
- Each clip comes with a transcript and an SRT file. Captions aren’t burned in.
- It watches and listens, so moments without talking count. Clear speech is still the easiest to find and check.
Common questions about GoPro and sports clips
Is GoPro footage supported?
Yes, provided the file is in a supported video format and no longer than 12 hours or larger than 8 GB. Cameras often split long recordings into chapters, so join them into one file first.
Can it find sports highlights without commentary?
Yes. It watches the video and listens to the sound, so a landing, a fall, a goal, or a crowd reacting can carry a clip on its own. Speech is still the most reliable signal, so a moment that looks like every other attempt is harder to pick out. Clear footage and a note about what matters help.
What if the camera app's automatic highlights missed the moment?
Upload the original footage. We search the whole recording from start to end rather than relying on in-camera tags, though a run that looks like all the others can still be missed.
Does it replace a professional highlight editor?
It handles the slow first pass: finding the moments and cutting them out. A heavily produced edit may still need a person for the story, graphics, and music.
